Sports Science Technology along with segment specific training created by Prashant Pujar has given results to our players to build Champion level of fitness during the Karnataka Premiere League and with the Karnataka team, the methods are unique and marginally different, it helps players improve the aspects specifically aligned to the sport and have benchmarks which are not generic but specific to the Sport.
It started with YoYo test and we finally started using Super Sixes Test (A part of Sports Science Technology).
It is not a short term solution but it takes time build, the methods are adaptable to the needs and the time duration of the sport.

I have trained with Prashant sir in the U 16 camp two times and in the U-19 national camp. The methods used have been really helpful in building my base strength, conditioning, and all the other components of cricket specific fitness with segment specific training, the super Sixes Test too has been a notable factor in knowing my current fitness levels specific to the sport and the training methods to grow my fitness even further.
Really thankful to him that we trained with him and got all the results to stay fit, keep progressing and stay healthy.

2 years back, I felt the need to improve my physical strength and stamina to improve my game. I had no idea about how to train and fortunately I got an opportunity to train under Prashant sir. Training regularly has enabled me to bat longer and score a lot more runs than I probably could score before. I started to train in Championships PlayStation in March 2017, I was going through a patch of injuries beforehand joining this place. Right guidance and right measures for my post injury rehabilitation and strengthening of my body has helped me understand myself in a better way, about the amount of training and recovery is required for my body. levels day by day. I have been able to bowl much faster and more number of overs without feeling tired. This is Atharva Taide, I would like to share my training experience with S&C Coach Prashant Pujar during our U19 National Cricket Academy Camp in Dharamshala 2018.
It was a 30 days camp so we focused on covering all the aspects of training which really improved my performance. Our main focus was on building strength but what game changer was when we started working on power training. We started fairly basic focusing on all small details.
Once I got a feel of that I could smoothly do all the lifts. This training really enhanced my game on next level and I still follow the same process. Thanks to Prashant Pujar all my training basics are clear.
