Month 1
A) Conduct Tests on 20 athletes of any sport.
B) As per Protocol and (Indemnity bond). Post your questions/doubts about the concept via mail.
C) Share the outline of the fitness program (SST) (month 1)
D) (Present Your Personal SST score). - Phase 5
Month 2
A) Retake/Conduct Tests on 20 athletes of any sport (On the same athletes or different Athletes)
B) As per Protocol and (Indemnity bond). Post your questions/doubts on the concept via mail (if any)
C) Share the outline of the segment fitness program SST (month 1)
D) (Present Your personal SST score) - Phase 6
Month 3
A) Retake/Conduct Assessments on 20 athletes of any sport (On the same athletes
or different athletes)
B) As per protocol and (Indemnity bond). Post your doubts/questions on the concept
via mail (if any)
C) Share the outline of the fitness program (SST) (month 3)

Understanding of the concept
- Phase 7
Month 4 Write An overview of your Understanding of Super Sixes test and Sport Science Technology and about the program design module. - Phase 8
Month 4 Give a brief presentation of Your Fitness programs used after conducting the Assessment, success, Faults, Areas of improvement. (INHOUSE) - Phase 9
Month 4 Take up the examination. Pass or Fail. 3 attempts shall be provided. - Phase 10
Congratulations, You have passed the examination. - Phase 11
